Our Hispanic Heritage Celebration is rooted in the belief that education is the key to opportunity, progress, and lasting change. Each year, LULAC Council #3190 in Riverside hosts this vibrant event to raise funds for scholarships that help local students pursue higher education. By supporting their academic journeys, we are not only opening doors for individual achievement but also strengthening our entire community—because when students succeed in college, they return as leaders, professionals, and changemakers who uplift society as a whole. Alongside the inspiring purpose, guests enjoy an evening filled with powerful speakers, cultural performances, raffles, silent auctions, food, and music, making it a true celebration of heritage and hope.
