LULAC of Riverside 13th Annual Free Community Health Fair

LULAC of Riverside was founded in 2010 and began bringing together hundreds of volunteers and organizations to create a free community health fair.  Offering same-day services in dental, vision, primary care, mental health, social services, and more, it has now become the largest free health clinic event in the Greater Riverside Area. In order to achieve our vision, we rely on people like you who are invested in our Riverside community. Any donation, whether financial or in-kind, would be greatly appreciated.

Sponsor The Health Fair!

Your sponsorship will help us provide the funds to pay for crucial elements that allow for all these vital services to be available. We have 3 Levels: Gold, Silver, and Bronze each with their own benefits, listed below.

  • - 501 (C) 3 Tax Benefit  

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be mentioned on LULAC #3190 website and social media

  • - Sponsor Banner to be displayed at entrance to Health Fair

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be included on promotion materials distributed at the event

  • - Sponsor will be recognized in live announcements made throughout event

  • - Sponsor will be provided with booth space plus (1) table and (2) chairs at event

  • - Sponsor will receive additional signage throughout event

  • - Sponsor will have opportunity to distribute literature and/or promotional items at event

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be included in Thank You letters provided to Health Fair attendees and on the back of volunteer t shirts

  • - Sponsor will receive complimentary invitation for (4) people to the: Thank You Dinner (venue and time TBD)

 

SILVER LEVEL- $1,500:

  • - 501 (C) 3 Tax Benefit

  • - Sponsor will be recognized in live announcements made throughout Health Fair

  • - Sponsor name will be included on promotional materials distributed at the event

  • - Sponsor will have opportunity to distribute literature and/or promotional items at event

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be included in Thank You letters provided to Health Fair attendees and on the back of volunteer t shirts

  • - Sponsor will receive complimentary invitation for (2) people at Thank You Dinner (venue and time TBD)

 

BRONZE LEVEL- $500:

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be mentioned on LULAC #3190 website and social media

  • - Sponsor name and logo will be included in Thank You letters provided to Health Fair attendees and on the back of volunteer t shirts

  • - Sponsor will be provided with booth space plus (1) table and (2) chairs at event

  • - Sponsor will have the opportunity to distribute literature and/or promotional items at the event.

 

Logo MUST be submitted by deadline 4/14/25.*

 

Exhibitor

Showcase your organization, services, or resources by having an exhibitor booth. You'll have an assigned 10 ft by 10 ft outdoor space, 6 foot table and 2 chairs for the opportunity to connect with community members, educate attendees or distribute materials and resources.

SetUp Time: 6am-7:30am, no later than 7:30am. 
Event starts: 8:00 am. 
Fee: $200*

*(Nonprofit organization, fee is $50; Sponsor or partner in the event, there is no fee)

Dental and Vision Volunteer Sign Up 

The lifeblood of our event. As a volunteer, you would donate your time as a healthcare provider or in assisting healthcare providers administer care to attendees. You and/or your group can decide to help us for as long or as little as you are willing to. Medical Provider or General Volunteer Sign Up 

As a medical provider volunteer or general volunteer sign up at https://tinyurl.com/3190help . Contact us if you have any questions. We can provide Certificates for volunteers. Free Volunteer t-shirts provided on Event Day. As a general volunteer (aka non-provider) you can assist in the following:

- Friday Set Up: goodie bag, signage, equipment assembling, familiarizing with layout. (Lunch and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.)


- Saturday Day of event: Starts at 5am for volunteers for final set up, event orientation, and event duties. (Light Breakfast, Lunch and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.)


- Sunday Tear-Down: breaking down equipment, organizing equipment for pickup. (Lunch and refreshments will be provided for volunteers.)
