LULAC stands for League of United Latin American Citizens. It is a national organization and there are more than 525 local councils nationwide, with the mission to empower and advance the economic condition, educational attainment, political influence, health and civil rights of the Latino community through community-based efforts.

Our Slogan is: “All for one–one for all”

Our council here in Riverside was founded in 2010. We are 100% volunteer powered and formed to advocate for our community through annual free health fairs, conducting citizenship and voter registration drives, working towards the development of low-income housing units, and distributing scholarships to local students.
